Only the public URSY.Email page URL is handed to the external translation service; no account, payment, mailbox, credential or message data is included. - Machine translations are assistive and are never represented as reviewed URSY native editions. English (UK) remains the authoritative published edition until a complete language pack passes native, commercial, SEO, accessibility and responsive-layout review. - The site never auto-redirects by IP address or guessed browser language. - Incomplete or English-only locale duplicates are not published or indexed as translations. ## Service limits and important conditions - Ordering and checkout are disabled. - Live URSY.ID account and credential services are not enabled. - The provider platform does not expose a general IMAP-import API; managed migration requires an isolated migration worker or documented operator process. - Microsoft 365 business migration requires an assisted method rather than the ordinary IMAP route. - New mailboxes have a seven-day warm-up limit of 50 outgoing messages per day. - After warm-up, the normal platform limits are 8,000 messages, 10,000 recipients and 2,000 unique recipients per address in 24 hours, with no more than 100 recipients per message. - Attachments up to 32 MB are accepted, subject to a 50 MB total message limit. - The service is for person-to-person business email, not bulk newsletters or transactional campaigns. - Mailboxes left unaccessed for 100 clear days may be removed by the underlying provider, so archive-only mailboxes must still be accessed regularly. ## Public product pages - Homepage and service overview: https://ursy.email/ - Plans, prices, add-ons and complete comparison: https://ursy.email/plans/ - Family plan with a free family domain: https://ursy.email/family/ - Reseller email packs for agencies and IT shops: https://ursy.email/resellers/ - Mailbox, webmail, app, alias, filtering, DNS and storage features: https://ursy.email/features/ - Migration routes, scope, pricing and cutover process: https://ursy.email/migration/ - Filtering, authentication, transport, credential and sending security: https://ursy.email/security/ - Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile, Thunderbird and manual connection setup: https://ursy.email/setup/ - Buying, usage, migration, DNS, security and limit FAQs: https://ursy.email/help/ - Plain-English email guide library: https://ursy.email/guides/ ## Public guides - Move email without moving the website: https://ursy.email/guides/move-email-without-moving-website/ - SPF, DKIM and DMARC explained: https://ursy.email/guides/spf-dkim-dmarc/ - IMAP vs POP3 for business email: https://ursy.email/guides/imap-vs-pop/ - Planning professional business email addresses: https://ursy.email/guides/business-email-addresses/ ## Standard connection information - Recommended account type: IMAP. - Incoming server: imap.stackmail.com, port 993 with SSL/TLS. - Outgoing server: smtp.stackmail.com, port 465 with SSL/TLS or port 587 with STARTTLS. - SMTP authentication is required and the username is the full mailbox address. - Mailbox passwords are provided only through the approved secure credential route after activation.
